- Extended Catalyzed-Ink Pot Life
Product Description
ENTHONE AD2002 Thinner is a process additive used to prepare ENTHONE M-Series and 50-Series epoxy marking inks for spray application. It is added after the catalyst induction period, with the amount adjusted to spray-unit air pressure and orifice. The M-Series guide specifies 25 to 40% by volume; the 50-Series guide allows 25 to 50% by volume. AD2002 extends the catalyzed ink pot life considerably and may also be used for localized equipment cleaning before the ink dries or partially cures.
Key features
- Spray-Application Thinning: AD2002 adjusts catalyzed ENTHONE inks for spray equipment and atomization conditions.
- Ink-Specific Addition Ranges: Addition is 25 to 40% by volume for M-Series and 25 to 50% for 50-Series.
- Extended Pot Life: Thinner addition substantially lengthens the catalyzed ink working period.
Applications / Suitable for
- ENTHONE M-Series spray application
- ENTHONE 50-Series spray application
- Localized marking-equipment cleaning before partial cure
