Product Description
DOWSIL™ RSN-0805 Resin is a silanol-functional silicone resin supplied as a 50% solids solution in xylene for formulating high-performance decorative and protective coatings. It is intended primarily for use with metallic pigments in maintenance paints, colored baking enamels, and decorative finishes. Formulations based on the resin are designed to provide softness, flexibility, and high-temperature performance up to 650°C (1200°F). The resin may be used alone or blended with DOWSIL™ RSN-0806 Resin to increase film hardness.
