LAIRD TPUTTY 607
Harmonization Code : 8547.90.00.00 | Insulating fittings for electrical machines, appliances or equipment, being fittings wholly of insulating material apart from any minor components of metal (for example, threaded sockets) incorporated during moulding solely for purposes of assembly, other than insulators of heading 8546; electrical conduit tubing and joints therefor, of base metal

Main features
- 6.4 W/(m K) Thermal Interface
- No-Mix Thermal Interface Processing
- Automation-Oriented Dispensing and Vertical Stability
Product Description
Laird™ Tputty™ 607 is a blue, silicone-based, single-part dispensable thermal gap filler developed for automated application and vertical stability. The ready-to-use material requires no mixing or post-cure and adapts to variable interface gaps while maintaining contact between heat-generating components and cooling hardware. Tputty 607 provides a typical thermal conductivity of 6.4 W/m·K, supports a minimum bondline thickness of 0.15 mm, and operates from -40 to 200 °C. Its dispensable format is available in multiple cartridge and bulk-packaging options for prototype through high-volume production.
Key features
- High thermal conductivity: Provides a typical thermal conductivity of 6.4 W/m·K for heat transfer across component-to-cooling interfaces.
- Ready-to-use single-part material: Requires no component mixing or post-cure before installation.
- Automation and vertical stability: Supports dispensing in automated production and installation in different application orientations.
Applications / Suitable for
- Automotive electronics
- Servers and wireless infrastructure
- Gaming systems and smart-home devices
- Notebooks, tablets, and portable devices
- Drones and satellites
