Product Description
Royal Sealants WS-8032 Class B Ultra-Lightweight Fast-Cure Fuel Tank and Fuselage Sealant is a two-part, manganese-dioxide-cured polysulfide paste for aircraft fuel tank and fuselage sealing. The Class B material combines an ultra-lightweight formulation with fast room-temperature cure and low-sag, thixotropic handling. It can be applied by extrusion gun or spatula and is documented for sealing service from -65 to 250 deg F, with intermittent exposure up to 360 deg F. The B-2 configuration provides a defined Class B process option for applications requiring its associated work-life and cure schedule.
Key features
- Ultra-lightweight formulation: Uses a reduced-density formulation for weight-sensitive sealing
- Fast-cure Class B system: Supports shorter room-temperature processing
- Low-sag paste: Applies by extrusion gun or spatula
