Product Description
Hardman Double/Bubble 04022 Urethane D-50 Adhesive uses a 3.5 g premeasured, two-part polyurethane packet for fast structural bonding and repair. The beige mixed adhesive has a viscosity of 10,000 cP at 25 deg C, a 3 to 5 minute work time, and a 60 minute handling point. Its semi-rigid cured profile combines 65 Shore D hardness with typical 62 pli T-peel strength and 2,960 psi lap shear strength on acid-etched aluminum at 25 deg C. The maximum service temperature is 79 deg C. D-50 is used for engineering thermoplastics, SMC, laminated surfaces, automotive repairs, conveyor belts, and sporting-goods repair.
