Product Description
Hardman Double/Bubble 04008 Non-Sag Extra Fast-Setting Epoxy is a 3.5 g premeasured, two-part epoxy packet with a thixotropic paste consistency for vertical, overhead, and gap-filling work. The opaque-white mixed adhesive resists sag on upright surfaces and provides a 3 minute work time followed by 15 to 30 minute handling strength. Typical uncured component viscosities are 465,000 cP for Part A and 400,000 cP for Part B at 25 deg C. After cure, the material reaches 83 Shore D hardness and a maximum service temperature of 82 deg C. The grade is used for rapid repair, fixturing, tacking, sealing, gap filling, and staking.
