Product Description
Hardman Double/Bubble 04007 Very High Peel Strength Epoxy is a 3.5 g premeasured, two-part structural epoxy packet with a semi-rigid cured profile and high peel performance. The gray mixed adhesive has a 50,000 cP viscosity at 25 deg C, a 3 hour work time, and an 18 hour handling time. After a 7 day cure at 25 deg C, typical T-peel strength reaches 24 pli and lap shear strength reaches 2,800 psi on acid-etched aluminum. The cured material has 65 Shore D hardness and a maximum service temperature of 121 deg C. It is used for repair and bonding where vibration, impact, shock, or peel loading is important.
