Hardman Double/Bubble 04004 Water-Clear Epoxy is a 3.5 g premeasured, two-part epoxy packet that cures to a transparent, water-clear bondline. The solventless liquid is self-leveling and blush-free, with a mixed viscosity of 14,000 cP at 25 deg C and a 60 minute work time. Handling strength develops in 8 hours, while the stated cured-property schedule uses 7 days at 25 deg C. Typical final properties include 85 Shore D hardness, 18 ft-lb impact strength, and up to 2,400 psi lap shear on acid-etched aluminum after one week. The clear system fits repairs and assemblies where bondline appearance matters.
