Product Description

PERMABOND® 101 Cyanoacrylate Adhesive is an ultra-low-viscosity, single-component ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive for wicking into close-fitting joints and bonding pre-assembled parts. It cures rapidly when confined as a thin film between surfaces, with typical handling strength reached in 2–10 seconds depending on the substrate. The adhesive is suitable for plastics, rubber, and metals and has a maximum recommended gap fill of 0.05 mm. After cure, it provides high shear strength on steel and other substrates, 85 Shore D hardness, and electrical insulation properties suitable for industrial assembly applications.
