Product Description
MOLYKOTE® P-37 Antiseize Paste is a gray-black, mineral-oil-based solid-lubricant paste for high-temperature bolted joints. Formulated with graphite and zirconium dioxide, it provides load-carrying capability and seizure protection for screws, nuts, and bolts made from heat-resistant and extremely heat-resistant steels, including nickel-based alloys. The paste supports assembly and later dismantling of threaded connections exposed to prolonged high temperatures and has been used on gas- and steam-turbine bolted joints in power stations. Its solid-lubricant system is temperature resistant from −30°C to 1,400°C, while low sulfur and total-halogen limits support use where lubricant purity is important.
