Product Description

LORD 410 / 19GB Acrylic Adhesive System is a two-component structural bonding system combining LORD 410 acrylic adhesive with Accelerator 19GB. The non-sag paste bonds prepared or minimally prepared metals and engineered plastics, including polycarbonate, ABS, acrylics, and XENOY, with a 20 to 30 minute working time at 24 deg C. Accelerator 19GB contains glass beads for controlled bondline thickness, while the mixed system reaches handling strength in 60 to 120 minutes and full cure in 24 hours at room temperature. The service-temperature range is -40 to 149 deg C.
