LORD 363

Main features

  • 3 to 5-Minute Working Window
  • Self-Leveling Flowable Placement
  • Solvent-Free Bonding Formulation

Product Description

LORD® 363-A/363-B Epoxy Adhesive is a fast-setting, two-component epoxy adhesive designed to bond scuffed sheet molding compounds (SMC), wood, fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) and other supported plastics. Its self-leveling consistency flows into hard-to-reach areas and supports assemblies with tight tolerances. The solvent-free system can be cured at room temperature or with heat for faster processing.

Key Features

  • Fast room-temperature cure with a 3–5 minute working time and handling strength in 15–30 minutes.
  • Self-leveling consistency for flowing into hard-to-reach areas and bonding close-fitting parts.
  • Solvent-free formulation that is nonflammable and virtually odorless.
  • Room-temperature or heat curing to support different production requirements.

Applications / Suitable for

  • Scuffed sheet molding compound bonding
  • Fiberglass reinforced plastic bonding
  • Wood and supported plastic assemblies
  • Close-fitting parts and hard-to-reach bond areas
