Product Description

LORD® 304-1/304-2 Epoxy Adhesive is a high-viscosity, two-component epoxy adhesive system designed for structural bonding applications requiring gap filling and non-sag performance on vertical or overhead surfaces. The adhesive develops durable, load-bearing bonds to prepared metals, fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP), phenolics, wood, prepared rubber and other engineering substrates. It can be cured at room temperature or with heat to accelerate processing while providing excellent environmental, chemical and temperature resistance across a service range of -30°F to +250°F (-34°C to +121°C). :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}

Key Features

  • High-viscosity, non-sag formulation suitable for vertical and overhead bonding applications.
  • Excellent adhesion to prepared metals, FRP, phenolics, wood, prepared rubber and other engineering materials.
  • Room-temperature or heat-curing system providing durable mechanical performance with low shrinkage, low water absorption and good creep resistance.

Applications / Suitable For

  • Structural bonding requiring gap-filling capability
  • Vertical and overhead assembly applications
  • Metal fabrication and engineered composite assemblies
  • Wood, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and prepared rubber bonding
