Product Description
LOCTITE TCP 7000 Printable Phase-Change Thermal Interface Material is a gray, non-silicone phase-change thermal interface paste formulated for stencil or screen printing between heat-generating devices and heat-dissipating surfaces. The cartridge-supplied material dries to a solid layer, then flows at its 45 deg C phase-change temperature to conform at the interface. Dried material has thermal conductivity greater than 3.0 W/(m K) by ASTM D5470 and an operating range up to 150 deg C. It is reworkable and is formulated to avoid pump-out, dry-out, and silicone migration in processors, memory devices, power modules, IGBTs, and active heat-sink assemblies.
