LOCTITE EA M-121HP

Main features

  • Non-Sag Placement Control
  • Two-Part, Room-Temperature-Curing System
  • Prepared Metals Bonding

Product Description

LOCTITE® EA M-121HP™ is a two-part, medium-viscosity, non-sagging epoxy adhesive that cures at room temperature to form a tough, amber-beige bondline. The 2:1 by-volume system combines a 120-minute working life with resistance to peel and impact forces for low-stress structural bonding applications. It bonds prepared aluminum, steel and other metals, as well as selected plastics and ceramics. The cured adhesive also provides documented mechanical and electrical properties, thermal-shock resistance, and resistance to a range of solvents and chemicals.

Key features

  • Toughened, non-sagging epoxy: Forms a tough bondline with documented resistance to peel and impact forces.
  • Extended application window: Provides a typical working life of 120 minutes after mixing.
  • Multi-material bonding: Suitable for bonding prepared metals, selected plastics, ceramics, glass and epoxy-glass materials.

Applications / Suitable for

  • Low-stress structural bonding requiring peel and impact resistance
  • Bonding aluminum, steel, stainless steel and other metals
  • Bonding selected plastics, ceramics, glass and epoxy-glass materials
