Product Description

LOCTITE® EA 9396 AERO is a two-part, low-viscosity epoxy paste adhesive that cures at room temperature and develops high bond strength across test temperatures from -67°F to 350°F (-55°C to 177°C). The mixed adhesive has a viscosity of 35 Poise (3.5 Pa·s) at 77°F (25°C), a 120-minute pot life for a 100 g mass, and a 100:30 Part A-to-Part B mix ratio by weight. Normal performance can be developed through a 3-to-5-day cure at 77°F (25°C), while a 1-hour cure at 150°F (66°C) provides an accelerated option. The product is qualified to MMM-A-132, Revision A, Type 1, Class 3.
