LOCTITE EA 9306NA

Main features

  • One-Component, Heat-Curing Epoxy Paste
  • Low-Exotherm Bonding Processing
  • 34.5 MPa Aluminum Lap Shear

Product Description

LOCTITE® EA 9306NA Epoxy Paste Adhesive is a gray, thixotropic, one-component epoxy adhesive that develops bonded-joint performance through heat cure. Its sag-resistant consistency supports controlled placement, while its low-exotherm formulation is suited to bonding processes where heat generation is a concern. The adhesive provides tensile lap shear strength across test temperatures from -55°C to 82°C and is also documented for coil and potting applications.

Key features

  • One-component heat-cure system: Supplied ready to use after warming to room temperature, without component mixing.
  • Sag-resistant thixotropic paste: Supports controlled adhesive placement where flow or movement must be limited.
  • Temperature-dependent bond performance: Typical tensile lap shear strength ranges from 27.6 to 34.5 MPa on phosphoric-acid-anodized 2024-T3 clad aluminum.

Applications / Suitable for

  • Bonding applications requiring sag resistance
  • Bonding processes where low exotherm is important
  • Coil applications
  • Potting applications
