LOCTITE E-60HP

Main features

  • Toughened Epoxy Adhesive
  • 60-Minute Working Life
  • Strong Structural Adhesion

Product Description

LOCTITE® EA E-60HP is a two-component, toughened epoxy adhesive with extended working life, designed for industrial bonding applications requiring precise alignment and adjustment during assembly. After mixing, the adhesive cures at room temperature to form a durable off-white bond line with excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, rubber, wood and ceramics. The cured epoxy provides strong mechanical performance, excellent electrical insulation characteristics and resistance to a broad range of chemicals and solvents.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Toughened two-component epoxy system.
  • Extended 60-minute working life for assembly adjustment.
  • Room-temperature cure after mixing.
  • Strong adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, wood, rubber and ceramics.
  • Excellent electrical insulating properties.
  • Good resistance to chemicals and solvents after cure.
  • Suitable for structural and general-purpose industrial bonding.

Recommended Applications

  • General industrial bonding operations.
  • Assemblies requiring longer positioning time.
  • Metal-to-metal bonding.
  • Plastic, glass and ceramic assembly.
