LOCTITE AA 3751

Main features

  • Solvent-Free 100% Solids
  • 10-Second UV Fixture
  • Multi-Function UV Processing

Product Description

LOCTITE AA 3751 is a one-part, solvent-free modified acrylic ester adhesive for UV-light tacking, bonding, coating, encapsulating and sealing. The transparent amber-to-yellow liquid is 100% non-volatile and has medium, shear-dependent Brookfield viscosity for controlled dispensing and coverage. Under the stated UV conditions, fixture develops in 10 seconds or less on glass slides. Cured films reach Shore D 73 hardness and 50% elongation at break. This combination supports assembly processes that use one UV-curing material for bonding, coating, encapsulation and sealing.

Key features

  • Solvent-free formulation: The one-part material is 100% solids with no mixing required.
  • Fast UV fixture: Fixture develops in 10 seconds or less on glass slides at 6 mW/cm^2 and 365 nm.
  • Multi-function application: One grade supports tacking, bonding, coating, encapsulating and sealing.

Applications

Applications include UV-light tacking, bonding, coating, encapsulating and sealing.
