LOCTITE 4310
Harmonization Code : 3907.30.00.40 | Epoxy Mold Compounds containing by weight more than 70 % silicon dioxide

Main features
- Low-Viscosity Dual Cure
- Rapid Exposed-Surface Fixturing
- Fluorescent Process Inspection
Product Description
LOCTITE 4310 is a one-part cyanoacrylate adhesive with UV and visible-light cure plus secondary humidity cure for plastics, rubbers, and metals. Its low-viscosity fluorescent liquid supports controlled dispensing and inspection of applied material. Exposed surfaces can reach tack-free cure in 5 seconds or less under several specified light sources, while humidity cure supports shadowed bond areas. Non-UV fixture times range from under 5 seconds on ABS to 20 to 30 seconds on degreased steel. It is suited to fast assembly processes that need rapid surface cure, thin adhesive flow, and a second cure mechanism.
Key features
- Low-viscosity dual cure: A 100 to 250 mPa s liquid combines UV or visible-light cure with secondary humidity cure.
- Rapid exposed-surface cure: Several documented light sources produce a tack-free surface in 5 seconds or less.
- Fluorescent process inspection: Positive UV fluorescence supports visual confirmation of adhesive placement.
Applications / Suitable for
- Rapid bonding of plastics, rubbers, and metals
- Light curing of exposed adhesive surfaces and fillets
- Disposable medical-device assembly within documented evaluation scope
