Main features
- Toughened Structural Bonding
- Impact-Resistant Cyanoacrylate Bonding
- Gel-Consistency Bonding Placement
Product Description
LOCTITE® 426 is a one-component, black ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive gel toughened with elastomers to provide enhanced impact resistance, peel strength and durability. The adhesive is specifically formulated to improve resistance to heat and humidity while maintaining the rapid curing characteristics of cyanoacrylate technology. Designed for bonding metals, plastics and rubbers, LOCTITE 426 offers controlled application due to its gel consistency, making it suitable for vertical surfaces and applications requiring precise adhesive placement. The product cures through exposure to ambient humidity and develops strong structural bonds with excellent environmental resistance.
