LAIRD LS-26

LAIRD ECCOSORB® LS-26 is a lossy, flexible, carbon-loaded polyurethane foam microwave absorber designed to reduce unwanted RF and microwave energy in electronic and communication systems. The material combines high microwave loss characteristics with low density and flexibility, making it a cost-effective alternative to thinner rubber absorbers in many applications. ECCOSORB® LS is electrically conductive due to its carbon loading and is commonly used to lower cavity resonances, reduce surface currents, and improve electromagnetic energy management in RF amplifiers, microwave enclosures, antenna systems, computer housings, and related electronic assemblies. It is available in multiple grades to provide varying attenuation levels across a frequency range of 1 to 26 GHz.
