Product Description
INSULCAST® 116 FR-FC Epoxy Potting Compound is a two-component, equal-ratio epoxy potting and casting compound designed for production-line mixing and automatic dispensing. The black Part A and cream Part B may be mixed 1:1 by weight or volume, producing a typical mixed viscosity of 9,800 cP and a 30 to 45-minute pot life. The system cures at room temperature or through an accelerated heat schedule and is recognized for UL 94 V-0 flammability. Typical cured properties include Shore D 75 hardness, 65.5 MPa tensile strength, 0.65 W/m·K thermal conductivity, and 420 V/mil dielectric strength.
