Main features
- Two-Hour Mixed-Ink Pot Life
- Ambient or Heat Cure
- Permanent Marking Application Flexibility
Product Description
ENTHONE Catalyst 20/A is an ambient- or heat-cure catalyst component for ENTHONE M-Series and 50-Series two-component epoxy marking inks. With the selected ink, the mixture has an average 2-hour pot life after a 30-minute induction period. A room-temperature air cure reaches tack-free condition in approximately 1 to 2 hours and develops over 5 to 7 days, while heat cure is also available. The catalyst supports permanent marking processes for semiconductor components, printed circuit boards, connectors, dials, nameplates, panels, chassis, glass, and compatible plastics.
Key features
- Two-Hour Mixed Pot Life: The ink and Catalyst 20/A mixture has an average 2-hour pot life after induction.
- Ambient or Heat Cure: The selected ink system may cure at room temperature or through a heat-assisted schedule.
- Multi-Method Marking: Compatible inks may be stamped, screen printed, sprayed, brushed, or roller printed.
Applications / Suitable for
- Permanent marking of semiconductor components
- Printed circuit boards, connectors, and dials
- Nameplates, panels, chassis, glass, and compatible plastics
