Product Description
DOWSIL™ SE 9188 RTV Adhesive is a one-part, gray, non-flowing polydimethylsiloxane adhesive for room-temperature bonding, fixing, vibration dampening, and sealing in electronics assemblies. The material requires no mixing and has a typical tack-free time of 10 minutes at 25°C, with optional mild heat acceleration. It is documented with controlled silicone volatility and a UL 94 V-0 flammability classification. Typical cured properties include Shore A 34 hardness, 2.9 MPa tensile strength, 400% elongation, 30 kV/mm dielectric strength, and 1.0 × 10¹⁵ ohm·cm volume resistivity.
