DOWSIL™ Q2-3067 Optical Couplant is a one-part, amber, grease-like silicone optical couplant used to improve light transmission between optical interfaces. The non-curing material is documented for reducing reflection and intensity loss while improving sensitivity in fiber-optic, electro-optic, lens, and light-sensing assemblies. It combines high clarity with shear stability and remains usable for low-temperature coupling applications.
