Product Description

DOWSIL™ EA-9189 H White RTV Adhesive is a one-part, moisture-curing silicone adhesive for module assembly applications. The alkoxy-cure RTV formulation requires no mixing and develops a tack-free surface in approximately 2 minutes at 25°C, supporting short handling intervals during assembly. After cure, the white adhesive combines a Shore A hardness of 80 with documented adhesion to aluminum, copper, polycarbonate, and FR-4 test substrates. It also provides thermal conductivity of 0.88 W/m·K, high volume resistivity, dielectric strength of 28 kV/mm, and a UL 94 V-0 flammability classification for electronics assembly applications requiring mechanical attachment, electrical insulation, and flame-rated material performance.
