Product Description
DOWSIL™ 9-1363 Industrial Assembly Adhesive Sealant is a one-part, 100% silicone RTV adhesive sealant for original equipment manufacturer assembly applications. The neutral-cure material combines sealing and bonding functions with fast surface-cure characteristics that allow assembled parts to be handled more quickly than with traditional RTV sealants. It is supplied as a paste and provides good unprimed adhesion to many substrates. The neutral cure chemistry produces a non-vinegar odor and will not corrode brass or copper, supporting evaluation for assemblies containing these metals. The material requires atmospheric moisture to cure and should not be used in totally confined spaces.
