Product Description

CoolTherm® EP-6037 Epoxy Resin is a thermally conductive epoxy resin formulated for use with selected CoolTherm hardeners to create two-component bonding systems. The black or green paste is used in semiconductor and electronics assemblies to form thermally conductive joints in fabricated heat sinks, between heat sinks and power devices, and between semiconductors or transistors and heat sinks. The resin has a typical viscosity of 500,000 cP at 25°C and a specific gravity of 2.35. Processing and final properties depend on whether CoolTherm EP-6010 or EP-6252 hardener is selected.
