Product Description
Chemlok® 607 Adhesive is a clear, one-coat adhesive for bonding unvulcanized silicone rubber and selected specialty elastomers to metal and nonmetal substrates. Documented substrate classes include metals, glass, plastics, textiles, and fabrics, while supported elastomers include silicone, fluoroelastomer, polyacrylate, epichlorohydrin, and selected peroxide-cured grades. The low-solids liquid may be applied by brush, spray, or dip after suitable surface preparation and dilution. Typical air-dry time is 10 to 30 minutes at room temperature before the coated part is bonded and the elastomer is cured.
