Product Description
Huntsman CG-1305 Resin/Hardener Epoxy Syntactic is a medium-density, pourable epoxy syntactic system developed for aircraft production and industrial applications that require a combination of high strength and low weight. The two-component system is designed for reinforcing high-stress areas in honeycomb structures and for potting applications. CG-1305 offers good handling characteristics, a density of 0.90 g/cc maximum when mixed, and extended working time with a gel time exceeding 60 minutes at 25°C. The material is qualified to BMS 5-28 Type 7 Class 1 and develops compressive strengths up to 9.0 ksi after elevated-temperature cure schedules, making it suitable for structural reinforcement and lightweight filling applications.
