Product Description
BONDERITE C-IC DEOXDZR 6 MU is a liquid metal pretreatment additive used with mineral-acid immersion baths for deoxidizing, desmutting, and etching aluminum. The system supports aluminum surface preparation before chromating or anodic coloring and can also be used for etching before thermal welding.

- Acid-bath aluminum pretreatment: Used with nitric acid or sulfuric acid immersion baths for deoxidizing, desmutting, and etching aluminum.
- Multiple downstream processes: Supports aluminum preparation before chromating, anodic coloring, or thermal welding.
- Controlled immersion treatment: Recommended working parameters include 5% v/v product concentration, 20 to 30°C bath temperature, and 1 to 10 minutes treatment time.
