BONDERITE C-AK 4338LP1
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- Two-Part Alkaline-Permanganate System Component
- Jet-Engine Heat-Scale Conditioning
- Liquid-Concentrate Bath Make-Up
Product Description
BONDERITE® C-AK 4338L AERO (Part 1) is the Part 1 component of a two-component alkaline permanganate scale remover and conditioner developed specifically for jet engine cleaning. Used together with BONDERITE® C-AK 4338L AERO Part 2, it chemically modifies high-temperature oxide scale on ferrous and heat-resistant alloys to condition deposits for efficient removal during subsequent chemical processing. The liquid concentrate is supplied for safer handling than powdered products and is suitable for both bath make-up and bath maintenance.
Key Features
- Part of a two-component conditioning system for high-temperature oxide scale removal.
- Developed for jet engine cleaning and metal pretreatment operations.
- Suitable for ferrous and heat-resistant alloys under controlled process conditions.
- Liquid concentrate for safer handling and easier bath preparation than powdered alternatives.
- Long bath life with supplier-stated REACH compliance.
Applications / Suitable for
- Jet engine cleaning
- High-temperature oxide scale conditioning
- Ferrous alloys
- Heat-resistant alloys
