Product Description
BONDERITE C-AK 3878 LF-NC AERO is a water-based emulsion cleaner formulated to remove shop soils, marking inks, cutting oils, forming oils, and lube oils from ferrous and nonferrous alloy surfaces. It is designed as a replacement for solvent-type vapor degreasing fluids and contains no chromate or chlorine, avoiding hazards associated with chlorinated solvent cleaning. The concentrate is a clear liquid with a pH of 9.0 to 9.5, a specific gravity of 1.05 to 1.09, and a flash point above 190 deg C (374 deg F), reflecting its low-VOC, water-based formulation. It is intended for ferrous and nonferrous metal-processing operations that previously relied on vapor degreasing.
