Main features

  • Soft Repairable Urethane Conformal Coating
  • Room-Temperature Coating Cure
  • Low-Outgassing Coating Application

Product Description

ARATHANE® 5750 LV A/B Urethane Conformal Coating is a two-part, translucent urethane conformal coating for insulating and protecting printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. The soft, repairable coating may be applied by dip, spray, or spreading and is documented for resistance to reversion under heat and high humidity. The mixed system provides a typical two-hour pot life at 25°C and may be cured at room temperature or with accelerated heat. Typical cured data include electrical insulation, low-temperature flexibility, and low-outgassing performance for supported electronic applications.

Key features

  • Repairable urethane coating: The soft conformal coating may be applied by dipping, spraying, or spreading.
  • Two-hour pot life: The mixed system provides a typical two-hour working period at 25°C.
  • Low-outgassing properties: Typical cured data include 0.41% total mass loss and 0.03% collected volatile condensable material.

Applications / Suitable for

  • Printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies
  • Assemblies exposed to heat and high humidity
  • Space and high-vacuum electronics requiring documented low-outgassing materials
