Product Description
ALPHA® AutoClean 40 Electronic Cleaner is a water-based aqueous cleaning fluid formulated for the removal of pre- and post-soldering flux residues from electronic assemblies and production equipment. Designed for use at full strength, it combines surfactants and emulsifiers to clean dissolved soils while helping inhibit their redeposition. The cleaner is effective at ambient temperature and can be used in immersion, agitation, ultrasonic, or manual-wipe processes.

- Ready-to-use aqueous cleaner: Used as received at 100% concentration without dilution.
- Effective flux-residue removal: Removes high-rosin flux residues from printed circuit assemblies, flux equipment, ovens, pallets, carriers, and jigs.
- Flexible cleaning methods: Suitable for immersion with agitation, soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, and manual wiping at ambient temperature to 38°C (100°F).
- Non-flammable formulation: Contains no CFCs or chlorinated solvents and has no flash point below boiling.
