ALPHA 3355-HB
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- Broad Conveyor Preheat Window
- Multi-Method Flux Application
- Defined Hot-Water Cleaning Process
Product Description
ALPHA LONCO 3355-HB Water Soluble Flux is a clear, water-soluble liquid soldering flux formulated with a surfactant system for a broad preheat window. It is used primarily in foam and conveyorized processes and also supports spray, dip, wave, and brush application. A topside preheat range of 82 to 110 deg C is typical. Monitor specific gravity during use and replace evaporated solvent with ALPHA 3355 Additive. Flux residues must be removed with 50 to 70 deg C water, preferably immediately after soldering and within four hours. Use plastic or titanium for applicators and reservoirs.
Key features
- Broad preheat window: A typical 82 to 110 deg C topside range gives conveyorized processes practical preheat latitude.
- Versatile flux application: Foam, spray, dip, wave, and brush methods support multiple soldering-line configurations.
- Defined residue-removal process: Hot-water cleaning at 50 to 70 deg C within four hours provides a clear post-solder process window.
Applications
Applications include water-soluble fluxing for conveyorized soldering with foam and supported spray, dip, wave, or brush application.
