3M Scotch-Weld PUR Easy 250 Plastic Adhesive EZ250150 is a one-component, 100% solids moisture-curing polyurethane reactive adhesive for longer assembly windows on larger or more complex parts. Applied warm at 121 deg C, it provides an open time of 2 to 4 minutes and a set time of 30 to 150 seconds. Supported combinations include wood-to-wood, plastic-to-plastic, wood-to-plastic, aluminum-to-wood or plastic, and glass-to-wood or plastic. A typical elongation at break of 700% after seven days at 23 deg C indicates a flexible cured adhesive layer that can deform before breaking. Moisture access is required, so metal-to-metal, glass-to-glass, and metal-to-glass bonds are excluded.
