Product Description
3M Edge Sealer ES2000 is a two-part clear urethane sealer for protecting exposed film and applique edges. It is supplied in 50 mL dual-syringe Duo-Pak cartridges at a 1:1 mix ratio and contains 100% solids. The sealer cures at ambient conditions to a clear, non-yellowing, high-gloss finish and becomes tack-free in about 25 minutes. Environmental exposure performance is supported by a typical yellowness index of 0.3 initially and 2.3 after 1,000 hours of ASTM G155 Cycle 1 exposure. The cured material reaches a typical Shore C hardness of 64 after 24 hours and 68 after 48 hours.
