3M Scotch-Weld Urethane Adhesive EC-3549 B/A is a two-part, sag-resistant urethane adhesive for tough structural bonds on many primed or painted metals, plastics, wood, and composites. The mixed material resists sagging in approximately 30 seconds, helping control bead placement on vertical and irregular joints. A 60 minute work life provides time for application, alignment, and adjustment before cure at room temperature or with heat. On etched aluminum, published overlap shear reaches 2000 psi at 24 deg C and 2500 psi at -40 deg C under the specified test configuration.
