Product Description
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive DP620NS Black is a rapid-setting, two-component polyurethane structural adhesive supplied in a 1:1 ratio duo-pak cartridge for use with the 3M™ EPX™ Applicator System. The components are automatically mixed and dispensed as a bubble-free, non-sag black paste. A 20-minute open time provides additional assembly time before parts must be joined and fixed, while handling strength is reached in approximately 4 hours at 23 °C. The cured adhesive combines 110% strain at break, 50 Shore D hardness, low-temperature flexibility, and a continuous temperature range of -51 to 121 °C. It bonds a range of metal, plastic, and fiber-reinforced substrates under the documented preparation conditions.
